Lamberts Brake Shoe Profiling

Lamberts can precision profile truck, bus and light commercial brake shoes using the Caorle vertical brake shoe lathe.

By fitting new or machined brake drums (machined within specs.) and profiling the brake shoes to suit the drums, most brake balance problems can be eliminated and bed-in time is dramatically reduced.

Fixed anchor shoes are setup as they would be on the axle and are machined to the coresponding brake drum diameter ensuring precise operation on the vehicle.

Note: Problems caused by bent or poorly manufactured anchor brackets (spiders) or excessive wear of foundation components cannot be rectified by off vehicle brake shoe machining.
